First State Bank offers a variety of checking account services. To open a regular checking account a $200.00 deposit is required. The service charge on this account is $7.00 per month if the balance falls below $500.00 during any day of the cycle. Transactions on this account are unlimited.
FREE CHECKING ACCOUNT - Non Interest Bearing Account
A $25.00 deposit is required to open this account. The service charge is waived. Transactions on this account are unlimited. No minimum balance. This account is a truncated account. You will receive a monthly statement but the bank will retain your cancelled checks and deposits. The account requires use of duplicate checks. The first fifty duplicate checks are free. First two copies of cancelled checks per month are free. Thereafter, additional copies of transactions may be obtained for $1.00 each. No activity or transaction fees. OTHER FEES MAY APPLY i.e. NSF/OD-RESEARCH-ATM
NOW ACCOUNT
This interest bearing account requires an initial deposit of $1500.00. Interest will be compounded every month and will be credited directly to your account. A service charge of $15.00 will be charged each month if the balance falls below $1500.00. Transactions on this account are unlimited.
SUPER NOW ACCOUNT
This interest bearing account requires an initial deposit of $2500.00. Interest will be compounded every month and
will be credited directly to your account. A sevice charge of $20.00 will be charged each month if the balance
falls below $2500.00. Transactions on this account are unlimited.

A convenient alternative to writing a personal check, checkcard can access your checking account funds and act as your
ATM card as well. Accepted worldwide through VISA.
